Director of F&B
Hotel Café Royal
As our Director of F&B you will work in partnership with our Executive Management team in order to jointly create a cohesive, commercially successful and profitable Food & Beverage operation at Café Royal. The primary focus of the role is to oversee the daily management of the entire F&B operation (Front & Back of house) and F&B service delivery across our restaurants, bars and event spaces. You will also work closely with the Executive Chef & Kitchen teams on the development of our menus from concept through to costing.
