Reporting to the Hotel Manager, The Head of Food & Beverage will be an inspirational leader who is responsible for the development and delivery of the Food & Beverage strategy across the Estate. The role will oversee and drive an exclusive F&B service throughout the stunning Garden House, The Dining Room and Parrot Bar.

Director of F&B

Hotel Café Royal

As our Director of F&B you will work in partnership with our Executive Management team in order to jointly create a cohesive, commercially successful and profitable Food & Beverage operation at Café Royal. The primary focus of the role is to oversee the daily management of the entire F&B operation (Front & Back of house) and F&B service delivery across our restaurants, bars and event spaces. You will also work closely with the Executive Chef & Kitchen teams on the development of our menus from concept through to costing.

F&B Services Manager
Park Plaza Westminster

The ideal Food & Beverage Services Manager will:

- Previous experience as a F&B Manager or similar

- Ensure the implementation of standards in guest service and constantly seek out ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits

- Experience working within London or a similar fast-paced environment

- Experience in managing a large team desirable (30+ team members)

- Volume experience desirable (e.g. working within a hotel of 500+ rooms)
